RM - For me, to track my progress, I'm going to place a picture of myself  as I am now with my current weight. Then each month I'm going to put up a new one with my new weight. That keeps me motivated. Anyone else who joins me and would like to do the same is welcome. It is not required.

Started the week at 248.6 lbs. Haven't had a chance to take a before pic yet. Will tonight if I can.
